I'm Maria and I'm striving to beat compulsive behavior. I'm 34 years old, residing in Angelholm, Sweden.
I've embarked in the NoFap challenge for 25 days and I'm feeling mind-blowing enhancements. I've noticed improved mental clarity.
A demanding test I've faced is coping with mood swings. Notwithstanding, I've found that cold showers makes a huge difference in staying on track.
I'm drawn to the emotional regulation associated with NoFap. The possibility of enhanced focus and concentration is compelling to me.
In my free time, I enjoy Motor sports and exploring Chinese. Surprisingly, these activities improve my focus and concentration during my NoFap journey.
